I really don't understand my body, I feel like I've really given weight loss my all this month, I have increased the amount of exercise I do, and have eaten pretty clean, with the exception being the weekend of our Anniversary where I slipped a little bit! Am I eating too much, or too little, do I need to exercise more? I haven't drunk any alcohol this month, and have turned down quite a few social things that involve food, just so that I can keep 100% on track! Its quite frustrating because this coming month I have quite a few social gatherings where I won't be able to count everything I eat, or healthy options might not be available. With the six nations starting this month I was also looking forward to a night out! Its frustrating because when I have such a good week/month and the results are less than stellar, and then this week I will be away on a course for a few days, I think what chance do I have! I'm in Cardiff Monday to Wednesday, where all meals will be eaten out. I will do my best, and try and make the best choices, but there's no way I'll be able to eat as clean as I usually would. I'll also be missing both yoga and kettlebells, but do plan on taking my trainers with me, although I'm unsure whether I'll be comfortable running around Cardiff Bay in the dark by myself! I'm sure it will be fine and there will be plenty of other people doing the same, I just waaaaay over think things! I'm hoping the next few days might be a good thing, eating differently to normal might be a positive, but I can't help but stress out about it!
Anyway I'm going to go and try and cheer myself up, and keep working towards my goal, by going for a run!
